These Terms of Service govern your use of the Decisive Logistics CRM at dfncrm.com, operated by Decisive Logistics for freight dispatching, brokerage, and trucking. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or with Google sign-in. Workspace data is shared with the members of your workspace; the workspace owner may add or remove members.

Your data

The business data you enter into the Service (shippers, carriers, loads, rates, tasks, and notes) remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that data to you and your workspace members in order to operate the Service.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to store or transmit unlawful material.

Availability and warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the Service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decisive Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
