Information we collect

Account information: when you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us so we can create and secure your account.

CRM data you enter: business information you add to the Service, such as shipper and carrier companies, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, lanes, loads, rates, tasks, and notes.

Technical information: basic device, browser, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

How we use information

We use your information only to provide and operate the Service: creating and authenticating your account, storing and displaying your CRM data to you and the workspace members you share it with, keeping the Service secure, and supporting your account when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for advertising.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) and use it solely to create and authenticate your account and to display your identity inside the Service. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How information is shared

Workspace members: CRM data is shared with the other members of your workspace, as the Service is designed for shared use by our team and business partners.

Service providers: we use Supabase (account authentication and database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Google (sign-in) to operate the Service. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and CRM data for as long as your account or workspace is active. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, and we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

Accounts are protected by authentication through Supabase and Google, data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access to CRM data is restricted to signed-in members of the relevant workspace. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
